Workbench is a business productivity and operations service. Use it only for lawful business purposes and within the access rights granted by your organisation.
Do not intentionally upload or store raw payment-card credentials, CVV/CVC/CID values, PINs, bank-login credentials, medical records/PHI, government-classified information, or other specialist regulated datasets unless Workbench has explicitly introduced and approved a capability designed for that information.
Online payment processing, if introduced, will be delegated to an approved external payment provider; Workbench will not act as a card-data vault.
Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is contractual and is not optional marketing consent. The Privacy Notice explains how Workbench processes personal data.
